We're available for scheduled service Monday through Sunday, 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM, with genuine 24/7 emergency service for down kitchens for the failures that shut a kitchen down — a walk-in losing temperature, a fryer or range dead before service, a dishmachine that won't sanitize, or an ice machine out before a busy weekend. Our diagnostic / service call is $95, credited toward the repair when you proceed, and you always get a firm quote before any work begins.

When you call, it helps to have the equipment type, brand and model ready (the data plate is usually inside a door, behind the kick plate, or on a side panel), plus a quick description of the symptom: running warm, not holding temperature, won't light, tripping a safety, not sanitizing, or an error code on the display. That lets us bring the right parts and often fix the problem on the first visit. If your refrigeration is warm, keep doors closed and move the most perishable product while we're en route.
